Terms of Sale

The terms on which Kolay Esim sells travel eSIMs to you.

Last updated August 18, 2026

Draft — not yet in force

6 details are still to be completed by this shop’s operator. The page is not indexed by search engines until they are.

This document is published in English. The English text is the authoritative version.

Who you are buying from

You are buying from Kolay Esim. Your contract for this purchase is with Kolay Esim and with nobody else. These terms are between you and them.

Kolay Esim trades as LOKUM TECH LLC, registered as 4872118, at 8 The Green, Suite A Dover, DE 19901. Written notices about this contract go to that address, or to [email protected].

Kolay Esim runs its shop on Esimbit, software supplied by LOKUM TECH LLC. Esimbit hosts the site, issues the eSIM through Kolay Esim’s own eSIM provider account and sends the delivery email on their instructions. It is not the seller, your payment does not pass through it, and it is not a party to this contract. Other stores on the same platform are separate businesses with their own terms.

This page is published in English only, even when the rest of the shop is shown in another language. If you need help understanding any of it, ask before you order.

What you are buying

A data-only eSIM for travel: mobile data in the places the package covers, for the allowance and the validity period stated on that package. It carries no phone number. You cannot make calls or send text messages with it, and it does not replace your normal line — it sits alongside it, so your usual SIM keeps your number for calls and texts.

It is a digital product. What is delivered is a set of installation details: a QR code, or an activation code you can type in by hand. There is nothing physical to post.

  • The package page states the coverage, the data allowance, how long the validity lasts and the price. That is what you are buying.
  • The installation code works once. Install it, and it is used up.
  • If you delete the eSIM from your phone, the same code will not reinstall it.

Install the eSIM while you still have Wi-Fi or another working connection — the phone has to download the profile, and it cannot do that over the eSIM it is about to install.

Your device has to support it

An eSIM only installs on a phone that has eSIM hardware and is not locked to a carrier. Checking that before you buy is your responsibility, and it takes under a minute.

The Device check page in this shop shows how: a dial-pad code that displays your EID if the hardware is there, and the equivalent path through the settings menu. No list of supported models is published, because the same model differs between markets and a wrong "supported" would cost you money. The check on your own phone is the answer for your own phone.

  • The phone must show an EID — that is the eSIM hardware.
  • The phone must be carrier-unlocked. A locked phone rejects other profiles.
  • Keep the operating system up to date; older versions have known eSIM faults.
  • You need an internet connection at the moment you install.

A phone that cannot take an eSIM is not a fault in the product, so buying for one is not something Kolay Esim can prevent. Whether you get your money back in that case is dealt with on the Refunds page and by your rights as a consumer.

Placing an order, and when the contract is made

You choose a package, give the email address the eSIM should go to — you type it twice, because a typo here is the one mistake that hurts — and the shop sends you to the payment page. The total is shown before you go there.

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is made when Kolay Esim accepts it, which in practice is when the eSIM or its installation details are sent to your email. Until then there is no contract, and Kolay Esim may decline the order — for example if the package has sold out, if the eSIM provider cannot issue it, or if the price shown was plainly wrong. If you have already paid and the order is declined, you get all of your money back.

If payment succeeds but the eSIM cannot be issued straight away, your order page says so, Kolay Esim is alerted, and they will either retry or refund you. You do not have to chase it, though you are welcome to.

Price, currency and tax

The price is the one shown on the package page, in the currency shown with it, at the moment you order. Later price changes do not affect an order already placed.

Tax: [TO BE COMPLETED: whether displayed prices include tax, and what tax the seller charges]. Receipts and invoices: [TO BE COMPLETED: how the seller issues receipts or invoices].

Payment is taken on the hosted page of Kolay Esim’s payment provider. You are sent there by a full-page redirect, you pay there, and you come back. No card field is shown anywhere in this shop, and no card number reaches this shop or the Esimbit platform. Which payment methods are offered is a matter for that provider.

If your card is in a different currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add its own fee. That amount is between you and your bank; the seller neither sets it nor receives it.

Delivery by email

The eSIM is delivered to the email address you gave, normally within a few minutes of the payment clearing. The email contains the installation details and a link to your order page, which shows the current status, the install details and the data remaining. That link keeps working for as long as the order record is kept.

  • Nothing yet? Check the spam folder first, and search your inbox for the store name.
  • Use "Find my order" with your order number and the email you bought with.
  • Still nothing: contact Kolay Esim at [email protected]. They can resend the delivery email in one click, and retry a stalled delivery.

If you mistyped your address, say so as soon as you notice. Kolay Esim can resend the delivery to the correct address; they cannot recall the first one.

If nothing has arrived within [TO BE COMPLETED: the outside time by which the seller undertakes to deliver] and the order page shows no eSIM, the order has not been delivered, and you can ask for your money back.

Validity starts on first connection

The validity period does not start when you buy. It starts the first time the eSIM connects to a network at your destination. Buying days ahead of a trip costs you nothing.

Once it has started, it runs as a continuous period until the expiry shown on your order page. It counts calendar time, not time spent using data, and it does not pause when you switch the eSIM off or go home.

When the window closes the eSIM stops carrying data, whether or not the allowance was used. Any data left over is not carried across to another package. Whether an unused or part-used package can be refunded is dealt with on the Refunds page and by your rights as a consumer.

The "data left" figure on your order page comes from the network’s own reporting, which can lag behind real use and is sometimes not reported at all. Treat it as a guide, not a meter.

Coverage and network quality

The connection itself comes from mobile networks in the country you are visiting. Kolay Esim does not run those networks; it buys access through an eSIM provider that has agreements with them. What the package covers is stated on the package page.

Speed, signal strength and which network technology you get depend on the local network, where exactly you are standing, your phone, and how busy the network is at that moment. No minimum speed is promised, and 5G is not promised anywhere. Coverage inside buildings, in rural areas and on transport is often worse than outdoors in a city.

  • Data roaming has to be switched on. This is the single most common reason a travel eSIM shows no service.
  • The eSIM only works in the countries the package covers.
  • A phone locked to a carrier will not take the profile at all.
  • Local outages, maintenance and network congestion happen and are outside anyone’s control here.
  • If you have set your phone to pick a network by hand, it may pick one the eSIM provider has no agreement with. Automatic selection is usually right.

If the eSIM will not connect at your destination, contact Kolay Esim before buying another one. Most cases are a setting. If it is a genuine fault, sorting it out is the seller’s job, not yours.

Fair use and eSIM provider limits

The limits that apply are those printed on the package page, plus any imposed by the eSIM provider or by the local network — for instance a cap on speed once the allowance is spent, or a restriction on how the connection may be used. Where a package has such a limit it is stated with the package.

These are travel packages, sold for personal use while you are away. Do not use one as a permanent home or office line, do not resell the connection or share it commercially, and do not use it for anything unlawful or anything that damages or disrupts a network.

If the eSIM provider or a network suspends or blocks an eSIM because of how it is being used, Kolay Esim may suspend or end the service for that eSIM. If the reason was outside your control, that is a fault and you are entitled to a remedy; the Refunds page says how.

Top-ups

If the eSIM provider offers a top-up for your eSIM, it appears on your order page. Buying one loads more data onto the same eSIM: no new QR code, nothing to reinstall.

A top-up is a separate purchase, made on these same terms, at the price shown when you buy it. It is paid for the same way, on the payment provider’s own page.

A top-up adds data, not time. The expiry date does not move. If the validity window has already closed, a top-up will not revive the eSIM — you need a new package.

Cancelling, and how the law treats an eSIM

In many countries a consumer buying at a distance can cancel within a cooling-off period of 1 day without giving a reason. Digital content supplied immediately is the standard exception: once supply has begun with your agreement, and you have acknowledged that this ends the right, the right to cancel for no reason is gone.

Kolay Esim sends the installation details as soon as the payment clears, because immediate delivery is the point of the product. The law lets that end the right to cancel for no reason, but only where you were asked to consent to immediate supply and to acknowledge losing the right. The Refunds page says whether this checkout asks you that, and what follows if it does not.

This exception is narrow. It has nothing to do with an eSIM that never arrived, does not work, or is not what the page described. Those are faults, and your rights over faults are untouched by anything in this section.

How to ask for a refund, which cases get one, and how the money comes back are all on the Refunds page. Where that page gives you more than the law requires, that page is what Kolay Esim will follow.

What is asked of you

  • Give an email address that is yours and that you can actually read. The eSIM goes there and nowhere else.
  • Keep your order link to yourself. Anyone who has it can see the order and the installation code.
  • Use the eSIM lawfully, and follow the rules of the networks you connect to.
  • Do not install the code on a device you do not control, and do not pass it on as if it were your own product.

The order link is deliberately long and unguessable, but it is not protected by a password — it works for whoever holds it, so that you can open it on a phone with no signal and no account. Treat it like a receipt with your install code printed on it.

You need to be old enough to enter into a contract where you live.

If something goes wrong

If the eSIM never arrives, does not work, or is not what the package page described, tell Kolay Esim. They will try to put it right first — resending the delivery, retrying the eSIM provider, or issuing a replacement eSIM. If that does not fix it, you get your money back, in whole or in part depending on what you were able to use.

Except for the things listed below, Kolay Esim’s total liability arising out of a purchase is limited to [TO BE COMPLETED: the limit the seller puts on its liability for an order]. That limit applies to the contract, to negligence, and to any other basis of claim.

  • Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
  • Nothing here limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country you live in, or excludes any liability the law says cannot be excluded. Where a clause in these terms conflicts with those rights, those rights win and the clause does not apply.

Within those bounds, Kolay Esim is not responsible for losses that were not a reasonably foreseeable consequence of the sale, or for things genuinely outside its control: a mobile network’s own outage or congestion, a device that turns out to be incompatible or carrier-locked, data roaming left switched off, or a change a phone maker or network operator makes to how eSIMs work.

Support, complaints and disputes

Support for an order comes from Kolay Esim — they issued the eSIM and they are the ones who can resend, retry or refund it. Write to [email protected]. The Support page in this shop opens a prefilled email for you; if no address is published there, replying to your delivery email reaches the store.

  • Your order number, and the email you bought with.
  • Where you are, and which package you bought.
  • The phone make and model, and exactly what the screen says.

If the answer does not satisfy you, say so in writing and ask for the complaint to be looked at again. Kolay Esim will give you a final written answer within [TO BE COMPLETED: how long the seller takes to give a final answer to a complaint].

You can also take the matter to the consumer protection authority or dispute-resolution body where you live, and you do not have to exhaust the seller’s own complaints process first. Any scheme Kolay Esim takes part in: [TO BE COMPLETED: any consumer arbitration or ADR scheme the seller takes part in].

Changes to these terms

The version of these terms in force when you place an order is the version that governs that order. A later change never applies backwards to something you already bought.

Kolay Esim may change these terms for future orders — when the law changes, when the eSIM provider changes, or when the shop itself changes. The date at the top of this page is when the text last changed.

This page is produced from a template the Esimbit platform maintains and Kolay Esim completes. What it says about this shop is Kolay Esim’s responsibility.

Governing law

This contract is governed by Delaware, United States, and disputes may be brought in Delaware, United States.

If you are buying as a consumer, that choice does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and it does not stop you bringing a claim in your own local courts where the law of that country lets you.

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of them still stand.
